What GleamTide Is

GleamTide operates GleamTide.com as a matching service. We connect South Florida businesses that submit service requests with independent local commercial cleaning providers who may wish to perform that work. By using this site or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms.

GleamTide is not a cleaning company. We do not perform commercial cleaning, janitorial, disinfection, floor care, or any other trade work, and we do not employ the crews who do.

Providers Are Independent Businesses

Every provider matched through GleamTide is an independent business. Providers are not GleamTide's employees, agents, partners, or subcontractors, and GleamTide does not control how they price, schedule, staff, or perform their work, what they recommend, or what service standards they offer.

Providers are responsible for their own licensing, insurance, bonding, permits, and compliance with Florida and local requirements for the work they perform. We encourage you to ask any provider for their insurance and bonding information and commercial references, and to confirm them before hiring.

Your Agreement Is With the Provider

If you hire a provider, your contract is directly between your business and that provider. GleamTide is not a party to that agreement, does not set its price or terms, does not collect payment for the work, and is not responsible for the provider's performance — or for your payment obligations — under it. Any dispute about work performed, pricing, scheduling, or service standards is between you and the provider.

No Warranties on Provider Work

GleamTide makes no warranty or guarantee about any provider's work, qualifications beyond what the provider represents, pricing, availability, or results. Information on this site — including articles and cost guides — is general educational information, not professional advice for your specific facility, and cost figures in our guides are general ranges that depend on the facility and scope involved. A provider's written quote is the authoritative price for any job.

Referral Compensation Disclosure

GleamTide may receive compensation from providers in connection with referrals, including when a request we share leads to a customer relationship. This compensation is part of how the free-to-businesses service operates. It does not create any obligation for you to hire a provider who contacts you.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use this site and its forms only for genuine service requests and lawful purposes. Submitting false information, automated or bulk submissions, requests on behalf of others without their permission, or attempts to interfere with the operation or security of the site are prohibited. We may decline, discard, or block submissions that violate these Terms or appear fraudulent or abusive.

Limitation of Liability, in Plain Language

To the fullest extent the law allows: GleamTide's responsibility is limited to operating the matching service described in these Terms. We are not liable for the acts, omissions, work, pricing, or service standards of independent providers, or for damages arising from work performed under an agreement between you and a provider. If GleamTide is found liable for any claim arising from the operation of the matching service itself, that liability is limited to the amount you paid GleamTide for the service — which, for businesses using the matching service, is zero — or the maximum extent permitted by law, whichever the law requires.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Text Messages From Us

King Bull Ventures LLC, which operates GleamTide, sends text messages of its own in two situations: internal alerts to our business about calls made to our published number, and lead notifications to service providers who enroll as partners and expressly consent at enrollment, telling them about customer requests matched to them so they can respond. An enrolled provider may reply STOP at any time to opt out of lead-notification texts, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies with request volume. Text messages that independent providers send you about your own request are described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes and Contact
