GleamTide is a matching service for South Florida businesses that need commercial cleaning. We connect offices, medical practices, restaurants, retailers, and facility and property managers in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and the surrounding communities we serve with independent local commercial cleaning providers — companies that do the scoping, staffing, and cleaning themselves.

That distinction matters, so we state it plainly: GleamTide is not a cleaning company. We do not employ cleaning crews, we do not carry the equipment, and we will never be the business that shows up at your facility. The provider who contacts you is an independent business. Your agreement for any work is directly with that provider, and they are responsible for their own pricing, scheduling, staffing, workmanship, and service standards.

Why We Built It This Way

When a cleaning program starts slipping — or a business moves, expands, or opens — finding a new provider usually means working down a list of search results, calling numbers that go to voicemail, and describing your facility's square footage and restrooms to every company that answers. GleamTide exists to shorten that loop. You describe your facility once — through our request form or by calling 786-741-7667 — and we match your request with local providers who offer the service you need in your area.

Because we are not selling you a cleaning program, our content can afford to be straight with you. Our guides explain what a professional program actually includes, what drives the cost of office cleaning, and where the line sits between cleaning and full janitorial service — including the parts where the honest answer is that it depends on your facility and only a provider's written, scoped quote is a real number.

How GleamTide Makes Money

GleamTide is free for businesses to use. We may receive compensation from providers for referrals — when a request we send them turns into a customer relationship. That compensation does not change what you pay the provider for the work itself, and it does not obligate you to hire anyone who contacts you.

You choose who to hire. If a provider's quote, schedule, or approach does not suit your business, you are free to decline and choose someone else — through GleamTide or entirely on your own.

What We Will Not Claim

Trust is the whole product in a matching service, so we hold a hard line on claims we cannot back up. You will not find invented client names, customer reviews, star ratings, project galleries, or years-in-business claims on this site. We do not promise response times, and we do not speak for a provider's availability, pricing, staffing, or service standards — those belong to the provider, and you should confirm them directly, in writing, before hiring.
